proven pass-rush difference-maker for San Diego
Kurn’s calling card was elite disruption at the line of scrimmage: in the 2010 season at San Diego, he led the Toreros with 17 sacks and 27 tackles for loss, ranking among the FCS leaders and earning first-team All-PFL honors. He also showed production beyond pure edge pressure with 66 tackles, 7 quarterback hurries, 5 pass breakups, and 2 forced fumbles, which points to a high-motor defender who can finish plays and affect the quarterback in multiple ways. If you need an aggressive, game-wrecking DE who changes protections, he fits.
