Deverin Muff brings length, athleticism, and low-usage efficiency to EKU
Deverin Muff is a 6-foot-8 forward for Eastern Kentucky whose game is built on length, athleticism, and doing the dirty work—he has been described by a reliable scouting note as “very long and extremely athletic,” with most of his value coming from rebounds and put-backs rather than featured scoring. In the 2025-26 context, the latest available public player stats list him at 1.5 points, 1.0 rebound, and 48.8% shooting, which reinforces the profile of a low-usage, role-specific frontcourt piece. If your team needs a high-motor glue guy who won’t demand touches, Muff fits; if you need a stretch scorer or primary creator, he’s probably not that guy.
