AJ Ryan looks like Yale’s tone-setting linebacker in 2025
AJ Ryan appears to be a high-impact, downhill linebacker who brings production and recognition, not just baseline stability: Yale’s official roster lists him as a 6-1, 230-pound junior, and a 2025 social post credited him with 76 tackles, 6.5 tackles for loss, 3.5 sacks, and First Team All-American/Ivy League Defensive Player of the Year honors. That profile suggests a physical, disruptive defender who can finish plays in the backfield and anchor a defense with intensity and consistency, making him a strong fit for teams valuing proven instincts, edge-to-edge effort, and leadership in the middle.[1][2]
