physical paint defender and rebounder for New Mexico
Kianna Keller’s calling card for the Lobos was her **physical presence in the paint**, where she defended, rebounded, and finished as a frontcourt anchor in the 2016-17 season. She finished second on the team with **40 blocks** and averaged **6.2 rebounds per game**, showing value that goes beyond scoring; New Mexico also described her as a player who works the 4 spot offensively and was **expanding her shooting range**. She was recognized as a **Mountain West Scholar-Athlete**, which adds a strong academic/work-ethic profile.
