Elite Scoring Guard with 50% FG and 16 PPG for South Alabama Jaguars
Shakira Nettles is a high-intensity scoring guard for the South Alabama Jaguars who averaged 16.0 points and 6.0 rebounds per game in the 2025-26 season while shooting 50.0% from the field[2]. Her differentiator is her relentless on-ball aggression and a season-high 18-point road performance against a nationally ranked opponent, showcasing her ability to elevate under pressure[3]. Unlike typical guards, she compensates for zero recorded assists with dominant rebounding and efficient scoring, reflecting a personality defined by self-reliance and clutch intensity[2]. You should care because she is a proven winner who thrives in tough matchups, and she is an ideal fit for any team needing a fearless, high-efficiency scorer who doesn't need playmaking to produce[2][3].
