Gabby Oloye brings rare 6-foot-8 rim size to Elon’s frontcourt
Oloye is a true interior anchor for Elon, giving the Phoenix uncommon length at **6-foot-8** and a classic center presence around the rim. Her current production has been limited, with only brief game appearances and modest scoring/rebounding output, so the appeal is less about box-score volume and more about projectable size, shot deterrence, and matchup value against smaller lineups. If you need a developmental post who can alter spacing, absorb contact, and grow into a defensive paint piece, she is a sensible fit; if you need immediate high-usage offense, she is not that player.
