Laura Vetra brings size, frontcourt versatility, and veteran poise to Fairfield
Laura Vetra is a forward who gives Fairfield a physical post presence and reliable spot-up scoring touch; in her Fairfield career notes, she was a returning post player who had already appeared in 21 games, and game recaps show she could hit timely baskets, including a late basket vs. Villanova and a three-pointer vs. Siena[5][1][3]. Her edge is the blend of international experience, frontcourt size, and a willingness to play in pressure moments, which makes her the kind of fit that can stabilize a rotation rather than just fill box-score lines[6][5].
