Maiah Fa’atoafe brings veteran trench toughness to Weber State
Maiah Fa’atoafe is a physical, interior defensive lineman whose value shows up in dirty-work stops and run-game leverage more than flashy box-score numbers. In the 2025 season, Weber State’s listed stats show his impact profile as a steady front-line piece, and earlier coverage noted he had to step away from football because of injury, which makes any return all the more notable. For a team needing a hard-nosed DT with grit, mature frame-play, and blue-collar energy, he looks like a dependable fit.
