Ryan Battle | Sacramento State DB | Undersized Defensive Back with Grit
Ryan Battle is a 5'8" defensive back for Sacramento State who compensates for his below-average height with intensity and football intelligence. Playing at the FCS level, Battle brings a scrappy, competitive edge to the secondary—the kind of player who punches above his weight class. His smaller frame requires exceptional coverage skills and ball-hawking ability to succeed at the next level. Best fit for teams valuing high-motor safeties or nickel DBs who can contribute on special teams and in the slot.
