1,000-Point Guard with Elite 3FG% and Resilient Senior Leadership
Tylee Irwin, a South Dakota State guard, stands out as the 39th Jackrabbit to reach 1,000 career points, showcasing elite shooting with a 40.5% three-point field goal rate in the 2021 season alongside 13.4 ppg and 4.2 rpg. Her differentiators include a bright, uplifting personality that energizes teammates, proven resilience after sitting out games in December 2021 due to injury, and a high intensity level that makes her a reliable fit for teams needing a scoring guard with veteran poise. While her later stats dipped to 8.7 ppg, her consistency, leadership, and 3FG% prowess make her a valuable asset for any roster seeking a sharpshooting guard with character.
