Veteran Lehigh DT with size, production, and academic-first fit
B.J. Benning is a 6-foot, 285-pound defensive tackle for Lehigh whose value comes from steady interior production and reliability, not flash; Lehigh’s roster notes show he was expected to start on the defensive line and that, as a sophomore, he posted 28 tackles with 3 tackles for loss and 1 sack. His profile suggests a sturdy, experienced anchor who fits a disciplined program and brings a high-academic, high-character angle to the locker room, making him a sensible fit for teams needing a dependable run-stopper with proven game reps.[1][2]
