Old Dominion’s compact, dependable leg
Joe Tillman’s profile is old-school kicker value: compact build, senior experience, and a rostered role with Old Dominion’s special teams. The available team bio lists him as a 5-foot-6, 166-pound senior kicker from Mathews, Virginia, but there’s no current public stat line here to judge recent form or rankings. That means the intrigue is less about splashy numbers and more about fit—he looks like a depth-and-stability special-teams piece rather than a headline-grabber, and his local background adds a nice underdog edge.
