Willie Baker brings proven Louisiana Tech pass-rush juice
In the 2021 season, Willie Baker was a steady rotational force on Louisiana Tech’s defensive line, appearing in 11 games with 16 tackles, 1.0 tackle for loss, and a quarterback hurry; his earlier 2018 season was the eye-catcher, when he posted 33 tackles, 11.5 TFL, 7 sacks, and a forced fumble. He’s been praised for winning his gap play after play, which is exactly the kind of low-drama, high-effort trench work coaches love. If you want a DL who can bring disruption, toughness, and veteran reliability, Baker fits the bill.
