Jontrell Walker brings scoring punch and perimeter craft to Jackson State
Walker is a shot-making guard who has shown real value as a dependable scorer and secondary creator, with season-level production around 11.0 points, 1.6 assists, and 1.7 rebounds per game while also showing enough outside touch to keep defenses honest.[2][7] His earlier college stops suggest he can scale into a larger offensive role, including a 17.4-point, 3.0-assist season and strong three-point and free-throw efficiency, which points to a guard who can handle usage and spacing responsibilities.[5] He looks like a fit for teams needing a proven perimeter scorer who can play on or off the ball and bring instant offense.
