Karsen Griggs brings versatile infield pop and high-end pedigree to Kansas
Karsen Griggs is a right-handed Kansas infielder with a strong resume as a top-100 recruit and a proven history of production, including a high school season batting .692 with 20 RBI and three home runs in 2021, plus a 2023 Oklahoma state title. Kansas listed her as a sophomore in 2026, and she appeared in the NCAA regional run, with one June 2026 report noting her role had diminished before she transferred out of Kansas. The takeaway: she’s a versatile, competitive infield piece with winning background and upside, but her fit depends on a staff that can re-expand her role and tap into her bat.
