Illinois guard with scoring touch and homegrown upside
Arieal Scott is an Illinois guard whose value starts with her ability to put points on the board and grow into a reliable rotation piece; in the 2025-26 season, ESPN lists her at 8.8 points and 2.7 rebounds per game, though her shooting efficiency has been uneven at 32.0% from the field.[2] Her Illinois profile also notes she is a local product from Urbana, which often matters for adaptability and buy-in, and the program introduced her as a freshman newcomer, underscoring long-term developmental upside.[4][5] If you want a guard with offensive instincts and room to sharpen efficiency, she is worth tracking.[2][4]
