South Carolina DB Name Appears to Be a Coaching Profile, Not an Active Gamecock Player
Reliable sources indicate Rachiem Monroe is now an assistant coach/cornerbacks coach at Southern Connecticut State, not a current South Carolina player, and the available record shows he was an impact defensive back at South Carolina in 2004, finishing second in the NE-10 and 11th nationally in passes defended. [3] If you meant a current Gamecocks defensive back, I’d want to verify the correct name first; as written, there isn’t enough current-performance data to fairly grade him as a roster fit, but his profile suggests ball skills, instincts, and proven DB development pedigree.
