Freshman leg, immediate trust: Asher Holland is already scoring for N.C. A&T
Asher Holland has jumped into the 2026 season as a freshman kicker for North Carolina A&T and has already shown he can handle live reps, with 2-of-3 field goals and 2-of-2 extra points through early September 2026, including a 39-yard make against Georgia State. He’s a 6-foot-1, 180-pound Durham product whose high school profile highlighted real leg strength and consistency, not just raw distance. The upside here is clear: he brings kickoff power, poise, and a scoring floor that special-teams coordinators love.
