Jacob Schuster is Oregon State’s experienced interior anchor — low-key nasty in the best way
In the 2025 season, Jacob Schuster played in nine games and made seven starts for Oregon State, finishing with 14 tackles, two sacks, and two pass breakups; he even had a two-sack game against Houston, which is a pretty loud calling card for an interior lineman. He’s a veteran redshirt senior with legitimate pedigree, having been rated a four-star recruit and a top-20 defensive tackle nationally out of Tumwater. The fit? If a team wants a thick, battle-tested DL who can hold the point, flash pass-rush juice, and bring veteran steadiness, Schuster looks like a solid plug-in.
