Lauren Dailey brings Eastern Illinois a high-IQ, two-way guard presence
Lauren Dailey stands out as a proven, high-impact guard for Eastern Illinois, with program record-book recognition for her career scoring total and season stretches where she led the OVC in assists while ranking near the top in steals, signaling a player who creates offense and disrupts opponents on both ends.[1][4] Her profile suggests a fit for teams that value steady ball-handling, playmaking, and defensive activity more than flash—an efficient connector who can raise the floor of a lineup and handle pressure with consistency.[1][4]
