Tiajaney Hawkins brings veteran size and two-way versatility to SIU
Tiajaney Hawkins is a 5-foot-10 guard/forward for Southern Illinois who brings a hybrid, physical style and veteran experience to the Salukis, making her a useful matchup piece on both ends. She’s listed as a redshirt sophomore in the 2026 SIU roster, and her profile suggests a player built to guard multiple spots, rebound, and do the little stuff coaches love. If your team needs toughness, flexibility, and a player who fits into different lineups without needing the ball to shine, Hawkins is the kind of glue piece worth a close look.
