Penn State’s Justin Turcovski Brings Power, Speed, and Veteran Bat-to-Ball Moxie
Turcovski arrived at Penn State after four seasons at Pitt-Johnstown, where he hit .282 with a .373 on-base percentage, 20 home runs, 26 steals, and 101 RBI across 156 games, giving the Nittany Lions a proven, multi-tool corner-outfield threat in the 2026 season. He already flashed impact in 2026 with a three-RBI game against Grand Canyon, and fall reports showed he can stack extra-base hits and steals in the same outing. The fit is easy to see: energetic, experienced, and productive, with a profile that plays as a spark plug rather than a one-note stat line.
