local leg on Sacramento State’s football legacy, but current playing impact is unclear
Available sources do not show a current Sacramento State football bio or recent production for Paul Kerr, and the only clear football record tied to that name is an early-2000s Hornets roster listing, plus an older note that a freshman Paul Kerr missed two field goals in 2001. That means there is not enough reliable evidence here to evaluate his present-day fit, strengths, or rankings; if you mean a current Hornets specialist, I’d want a verified roster bio or stat line before calling him a good team fit.
