Elon’s dual-threat QB with a live arm and a program-history resume
In the 2026 season, Wes Pope is listed as Elon’s quarterback, and the most concrete publicly available stat line attached to his profile is 2,840 career passing yards with 17 touchdowns and 15 interceptions. He stands out less as a flashy stat monster and more as a steady, experienced signal-caller with a strong high-school pedigree and the size to hold up at the position (6-foot-3, 225 pounds). If you want a QB who brings familiarity, toughness, and a built-in track record of production rather than pure fireworks, Pope is a sensible fit.
