Colin Newton brings classic linebacker production and edge to Lehigh
Colin Newton is best known for being a high-energy, impact-play linebacker: in the 2010 season at Lehigh, he posted 83 tackles, 7.5 sacks, 9 tackles for loss, and 2 forced fumbles, a stat line that screams disruptive presence. Lehigh’s own profile described him as bringing “skill and energy” to outside linebacker, and his earlier seasons show steady growth plus special-teams value. If a team wants a physical, hustle-first LB who can blitz, finish plays, and set the tone, Newton fits the bill nicely.
