Samford DE Steve Wisdom: A former Bulldogs edge whose profile is built on disruption, not flash
Steve Wisdom’s available profile points to a dependable, high-motor defensive end with real playmaking chops: in his high school senior season at Deshler, he logged 75 tackles, 8 sacks, 3 forced fumbles, and 3 fumble recoveries, a tidy little résumé for an edge defender who wins with effort and finish. Samford’s own archived coverage also lists him as an OVC Honor Roll student, which suggests the kind of discipline and coachability teams love. If you value toughness, versatility, and a player who can dirty up a game, Wisdom is exactly the sort of fit you’d want on your board.
