Shakira Smith gives Morgan State a steady, scoring-minded wing presence
Shakira Smith has been a reliable offensive spark for Morgan State, with game logs showing she can pile up points and contribute across the board, including a 15-point, 6-rebound effort in a 2024 matchup and past seasons where she was among the Bears’ most productive scorers. Her value goes beyond the box score: she brings guard/forward versatility, toughness, and the kind of competitive edge that helps a team survive ugly stretches. If a roster needs a gritty two-way connector who can score, rebound, and keep possessions alive, she’s the type of player worth caring about.
