Grambling LB Davonte Webster brings SEC-tested size and steady tackling upside
Davonte Webster is a 6-foot-2, 204-pound linebacker at Grambling State who already showed he can contribute at the FCS level, including 12 tackles across five games in 2022 at Alabama State and a 2024 Grambling roster spot that suggests continued program trust.[1][2] His value is in his frame, experience, and downhill tackling profile more than splashy box-score production so far, making him a reasonable fit for teams that want a physical, assignment-sound linebacker with room to grow into a bigger role.[1][2][5]
