Bench scorer, long-range threat, and steady YSU backcourt spark
Monica Touvelle stood out for Youngstown State as a **shooting guard who could stretch defenses** and provide instant offense, highlighted by a career-high 23 points off the bench and a 2013-14 season in which she knocked down 53 threes and ranked among YSU’s single-season 3-point leaders. She looks like a fit for teams needing a **confident perimeter scorer** who can change pace, score in bursts, and bring experience; the available reporting and team notes suggest she was valued for her scoring punch and consistency more than sheer volume.
