Ben George (Texas DB) - Developmental Defensive Back with High School Pedigree
Ben George is a redshirt freshman defensive back for the Texas Longhorns who brings solid foundational skills from his prep career at Lee High School, where he earned second-team all-district 11-5A honors as a senior. As a developmental prospect still early in his college tenure, George represents upside potential in the secondary. His redshirt status suggests the program is investing in his long-term growth rather than immediate impact, which could indicate coaching confidence in his trajectory. Best suited for programs seeking a patient developmental prospect with room to grow into a reliable defensive back role.
