proven, all-around defender with Buffalo pedigree
Corey Henderson’s Buffalo profile shows a versatile, high-effort defensive player with proven production and leadership value: Buffalo lists him as a former team MVP who led his squad in tackles all four seasons while also playing quarterback, which points to toughness, instincts, and competitive edge. That kind of two-way background usually translates to good football IQ and reliable physicality, making him a fit if you want an athlete who can diagnose plays quickly and bring consistent intensity. The main question is role fit, since the publicly available profile is older and does not clearly reflect a current 2026 stat line or recent injury status.
