veteran Missouri tight end with a grinder’s edge
McCoy is a seasoned Missouri tight end who brings size, experience, and a dependable in-line presence to the Tigers, standing 6-1 and 255 pounds on the 2025 roster. His profile reads like a classic glue guy: physical, steady, and built for the dirty work that doesn’t always show up in box scores. In the 2003 season, he was noted for logging action in 34 consecutive games and for maturing into a tougher, more complete player—exactly the kind of dependable TE a staff can trust in the run game and short-yardage spots.
