Trusted, high-volume kicker with a strong NFL leg and clean conversion profile
Shrader is a dependable, pressure-ready kicker whose calling card is consistency: in the 2025 NFL season he made 13 of 14 field goals and all 14 extra points for Indianapolis, including a long of 52 yards.[1][6][16] He brings plus leg strength and kickoff value, with a 2025 kickoff average of 58.6 yards and 2 touchbacks in Colts data, while his Notre Dame background adds familiarity with big-stage settings.[1][13] For a team, he fits best as a steady, low-drama specialist who can handle both scoring chances and field-position duties.
