developmental South Florida guard with upside in the trenches
Chris Carothers is a South Florida offensive guard whose value is tied to trench versatility and developmental upside rather than headline stats; ESPN lists him as a guard and notes he is from Clearwater, Florida.[1] Because publicly available performance details are limited in the provided sources, the safest read is that he profiles as a line piece worth watching for fit, technique growth, and strength-based development—especially if your team needs a physical interior blocker who can be coached up.
