veteran Louisville guard who brings scoring punch and steadying poise
In the 2015-16 season at Louisville, Trey Lewis averaged 11.3 points, 3.4 rebounds and 2.3 assists while helping the Cardinals go 23-8, and his bigger calling card was efficient perimeter shooting plus a calm, captain-like presence[8][12]. He also arrived after earning First Team All-Horizon League honors at Cleveland State, where he averaged 16.3 points per game, which underscores his ability to be a primary scorer when needed[12]. For a team, he profiles as a reliable combo guard who can space the floor, handle secondary playmaking, and stabilize a locker room—classic “why isn’t every roster looking for this guy?” material[2][12].
