Versatile, high-effort West Virginia linebacker with NFL-level instincts
At West Virginia, Najee Goode stood out as a tough, assignment-sound linebacker whose value came from versatility, football IQ, and relentless motor rather than flashy box-score numbers. He earned First-team All-Big East honors in 2011 and later carved out a multi-team NFL career, which is a strong indicator that coaches trusted his instincts, special-teams value, and pro-ready temperament. If you want a linebacker who brings physicality, discipline, and dependable effort every snap, Goode is exactly the kind of fit teams love.
