Norfolk State F/C from the MEAC's 2008 Era
Oludele Doherty, a 6-8, 225-lb F/C for Norfolk State Spartans in 2007-08, appeared in just 11 games as a reserve amid back injury woes, averaging 1.5 rebounds in 5.7 minutes per contest with a season-high three boards; earlier at Delaware State (2008-09) and Hampton, he flashed double-digit scoring potential (e.g., 11 pts at Dayton). Versatile 4/5 who dominated overseas in 2014 (17.1 pts, 12 reb, 1.5 blk for CB Cantaires Tortosa), but age (post-2018 grad) and injury history make him a low-upside veteran fit only for depth on developmental squads.
