Nicholls DB Navarro Bailey: versatile secondary piece with upside
Navarro Bailey projects as a defense-first defensive back for Nicholls, the kind of player who can help stabilize a secondary with effort, toughness, and coverage flexibility. I could verify the team’s 2026 early-season production, but not a clean individual stat line for Bailey specifically, so the case here is more about fit and traits than box-score splash: he appears to be part of a Colonels defense that has started fast, with Nicholls ranked among the nation’s better early scoring teams in the 2026 season. If you want a DB who can buy into a physical, assignment-sound system, Bailey looks like the sort of no-drama add coaches like.
