Purdue linebacker with a versatile, physical frame and some intrigue
Jason Loerzel is listed as a linebacker for Purdue, but reliable public data on his college production is extremely limited, so the best read is on profile rather than box-score impact. He brings a linebacker-sized build with pedigree from the recruiting pipeline, which suggests developmental upside if Purdue wants a player who can add depth, special teams value, and eventually push for rotational snaps. If you’re looking for proven, on-field production, the public record doesn’t give much yet; if you want a longer-term athletic project with room to grow, he’s worth monitoring.
