veteran guard with polish, academics, and all-around hoops pedigree
Hazlewood brings a multi-sport, high-IQ profile to Northwestern State, with a background that includes strong academic honors, track speed, and a history of producing on the floor and in the classroom. His recruiting-era profile highlighted a guard with toughness, versatility, and competitiveness, plus the kind of work ethic coaches tend to love. For teams, he looks like the sort of steady, low-drama piece who can fit a system, compete hard, and raise the professionalism level in the room.
