Davidson DB John Harrington: Early-career depth piece with staff trust
John Harrington’s Davidson profile lists him as a 5-foot-9, 175-pound defensive back and notes that coaching staff voted him game MVP three times, a strong hint that he brings dependable effort and game-day impact beyond raw measurables.[1] He also earned a Scholar Award, suggesting a disciplined, coachable profile that can fit well in a culture built on accountability and preparation.[1] The main reason to care: he looks like the kind of DB who can earn trust through consistency, toughness, and football intelligence rather than size alone.[1]
