a defense-first Blue Raiders guard who brings playmaking, pressure, and poise
Tweety Knight’s profile fits the “impact beyond points” mold: in the 2013-14 season for Middle Tennessee, he averaged 6.9 points, 4.6 assists, and 2.0 steals per game, started 32 of 33 games, and earned Conference USA All-Defensive Team honors. He also led the Blue Raiders in assists and steals, which says plenty about his feel, toughness, and ability to tilt a game without needing high usage. The fit? Great for a team that wants a pesky, high-IQ guard who can organize offense and disrupt the other guy’s rhythm.
