veteran Stetson linebacker with special-teams grit and classroom polish
Grant Hodges is best known as a high-effort, team-first linebacker who earned playing time in 2019 by moving to LB late in camp and contributing on special teams, finishing that season with one tackle and one fumble recovery while making the PFL Academic Honor Roll. His profile suggests a dependable, assignment-sound player rather than a stat-sheet bully, and his history as a converted defender plus scout-team standout points to toughness, versatility, and coachability. If your team wants a low-drama, high-discipline linebacker who will embrace the dirty work, Hodges fits that mold nicely.
