Mike Ryan brings size, versatility and preseason buzz to UConn’s line
Mike Ryan is a **Connecticut offensive tackle** with preseason recognition on the **Rotary Lombardi Award watch list**, signaling that UConn views him as an impact blocker rather than just a roster body.[6] The program describes him as an **“outstanding and versatile”** member of the offensive line, and that versatility matters on a unit where reliability, communication and technique often separate good teams from ugly ones.[6] If you need a line player who can adapt, anchor and elevate the room, Ryan is the kind of fit that coaches usually love.
