Alyssa Mann’s BUCS Blueprint: Veteran Guard Who Puts Pressure on Defenses
Alyssa Mann brings veteran, high-minute guard value for Charleston Southern: in the 2016-17 season she averaged 11.2 points per game and 34.3 minutes while shooting .325 from the field and .237 from three, showing she was trusted in every big spot[4]. She also flashed real playmaking—five assists in a game against Presbyterian and strong secondary scoring when the Bucs needed it[6][10]. The fit? A steady, tough, experienced guard who can handle heavy usage, but her scoring efficiency and outside consistency are the key questions.
