Marcus Gervilus brings South Florida speed and defensive-back pedigree to Duquesne
Marcus Gervilus is a Duquesne defensive back with a South Florida background, and his profile points to a lean, quick-twitch cover man who also brings track speed and experience from a playoff-tested Coconut Creek program. Duquesne’s roster lists him at 5-foot-10, 160 pounds, and his bio notes he was a state semifinalist in the 4x100 relay, a useful clue for his burst and recovery speed. He’s the kind of DB who can fit a team that values athleticism, man-coverage upside, and special-teams juice.
