Minnesota RB Preston Jelen Brings Size, Special-Teams Value, and Veteran Reliability
Preston Jelen is a depth running back for Minnesota who has already shown he can contribute in multiple ways: in the 2022 season he played in 12 games, scored on a 30-yard touchdown run, and added a special-teams tackle, while his 2020 season included a blocked punt that Minnesota turned into a touchdown. At 5-10, 210, he profiles as a physical, team-first player whose value is more about toughness, versatility, and reliability than flashy volume, though an injury cost him the 2021 season.
