experienced guard with a scorer’s touch and two-way edge
Southern Utah’s Davis Baker projects as a dependable guard who can score efficiently, space the floor, and bring competitive energy on both ends. Publicly available roster and stat data are limited for his Thunderbirds stint, so the safest read is that his value comes from guard skills that typically translate well: shot-making, decision-making, and the ability to fit alongside other creators. If you need a guard who can add toughness, versatility, and low-drama production rather than pure volume, Baker is the kind of player worth watching closely.
