Washington’s first season at Southern Indiana showed he can be an efficient, instant-offense guard, averaging 6.5 points in just 12.9 minutes per game while shooting 41.0% from the field in 2024-25. He also arrives with real pedigree: at Weatherford, he set the school’s single-season points record with 585 and was named NTJCAC Player of the Year after averaging 18.8 points, 5.6 rebounds and 1.6 assists.
