High-energy Wyoming linebacker who earned his keep the hard way
In the 2011 season, Todd Knight was described by Wyoming as a linebacker who had his best spring and had climbed into a backup role at WILL, a sign of real trust from the staff. He was also a top Colorado prep prospect in 2008 and came to Laramie with a reputation for toughness, effort, and steady development rather than flash. The key question for any team is whether it wants a reliable, physical, coachable linebacker who can grow into snaps—Knight fits that mold nicely.
